An exceptional fit out over two floors for this new Sushi restaurant
du Boulay were delighted to work with Fabled Studio & Box Associates once again on Shiro Sushi.
The project consisted of two floors of fit out in the heart of Liverpool Street’s Broadgate Circle. Starting with a clean shell, we carried out a full 3D Point Cloud survey of the site and developed coordinated construction set.
The enabling package included forming new openings for staircases & food hoists, installation of a new staircase & hoists,
The fit out works includes full MEP & sprinkler installation, joinery development & installation, a resin floors throughout, bespoke paneling & finishes, a show kitchen & robata bar to the ground floor & dispense bar to the first floor, which also features a show balcony into the circus.
