du Boulay Contracts are proud to work with Universal Design Studio and Fortnum & Mason to deliver the fit out of the retail store, bar and dining space in the Royal Exchange, London.
The Royal Exchange is a prominent building at Bank and has been in place for 175 years. The buildig is Grade I listed.
We undertook the majority of the works at night to allow the main space and other traders to continue their business undisturbed.
The retail space features bespoke joinery incorporating refrigerated units and custom light fittings. The standalone counters are formed in oak with Corian counter tops. The cocktail bar is formed in nickel and takes pride of place in the central atrium of the Royal Exchange.
du Boulay Contracts also built the back of house kitchen including all ventilation and installed the movable banquettes to the dining area.
