du Boulay Contracts is proud to finish the contract to Cat B fit out the new Southern Head Office. This is for a leading UK housing developer in Sevenoaks, Kent.
du Boulay Contracts completed the 10,000 sqft Cat B fit out from a clean shell state. The unit forms part of a wider housing development. All apartments within the building were occupied. This meant it was imperative to be considerate to residents and neighbouring businesses.
The project brief was to develop and fit out the southern head office completely comprising of new raised floors & suspended ceilings, glazed offices, open plan main office, new communal areas & WCs, modern access control & efficient lighting, full MEP and finishes. We also worked closely with Eight Associates to achieve BREEAM “excellent” for the project.
Under a design & build contract, we carried out a full design and co-ordination of all internal fittings, finishes and services to ensure everything worked and fitted correctly. We ensure we provide co-ordination on all of our projects.
