A detailed amenity fit out delivered across three levels, finished with precision and strong team coordination.
The Eades in Walthamstow brought together a wide mix of amenity spaces across the ground floor, first floor and the thirty third floor. Our scope covered the entrance, lounges, reception, back of house areas and the post room. We also fitted out the first floor lounge, co working zone, offices, meeting rooms, gym, yoga studio, treatment room and wellness pantry. The top level included a lounge, kitchen, dining space and toilets. The brief asked for a full MEP package, bespoke joinery, acoustic treatments, dry lining and a clear focus on finish quality.
Moving materials to the thirty third floor created the biggest challenge. Careful planning, lift strategies and tight handling procedures kept everything on track. We delivered the finishes the client expected while working side by side with the shell contractor. Our team picked up interface gaps and kept information flowing across several consultant groups to maintain programme and quality.
The project included a series of standout elements. The feature staircase linked two amenity areas and became a central talking point for the design team. The cork flooring and acoustic surfaces helped control sound in busy shared spaces. The custom terrazzo pieces and the lave stone counters on the upper floors added a refined and solid feel to the interior.
A final touch of fun came at completion when the client and our project manager abseiled from the roof to raise money for charity. It marked the end of a complex but rewarding programme.
The finished spaces show the value of strong coordination and a consistent focus on detail.
