We are now du Boulay Projects

Over recent weeks, the du Boulay management team has undertaken a significant, yet exciting business strategy review.

After significant consideration, the core team felt the best way to continue to deliver on its commitments, quality and to carry on with du Boulay’s 50 years of construction heritage, was to depart from our parent company and operate (once again) independently; we sincerely wish them the best of luck on their own journey moving forward.

Accordingly, we are pleased to announce that we are now du Boulay Projects. This change will provide a significant improvement to our business environment and will operate instead of du Boulay Contracts. 

Everything remains in place; our highly skilled and dedicated team, office location and commitment to delivery will continue, and as a result of the opportunity to operate as an independent business, we now have greater stability, an improved balance sheet, less external financial pressures and more influence on our future direction. 

Moving Forward

On a day-to-day basis the business operations continue as usual:

• All leadership, directors, and staff remain based at our London offices, and are as passionate and dedicated as ever.
• All work-in-progress continues to be delivered.
• Current contracts to clients and suppliers will be honoured.

Benefits of this restructure

• Our balance sheet is stronger with fewer non-operational commitments.
• Our leadership team have greater independence, without parent company limitations and are able to put the quality of works and needs of the business environment first, without the requirement for cross reference or confirmation.
• Decisions and business operations, as a result, will become more agile.
• We have fewer financial and administrative commitments.

We are extremely pleased by the greater autonomy these changes will bring, and will ensure that all parties we work with, both internal and external are made fully aware.
