The Benefits

We all work within a pressurised and fast-paced industry so it’s important to have some fun to balance the work. The team aim to have several team building days throughout the year (including orienteering, escape rooms and ‘sports days’) as well as attending football matches and restaurant openings. 

As an honest and transparent company, we operate an open-door policy. If any of our team have an idea, issue or project, we encourage discussion and will provide help and support where possible.

We have twice yearly reviews for all team members which works both ways allowing open discussion.
