Eight years ago, David Budd pushed us to commit to Investors in People. He believed in our standard, and more importantly, he believed in our people.

When he handed over the reins, he kept a close eye on our progress. He was proud when we achieved Silver. He would have been even prouder to see us reach Gold.

David is sadly no longer here, but his influence runs through this business. You see it in how we back each other. You see it in how we take ownership. You see it in the standards we hold ourselves to every day. This milestone carries his fingerprints.

Only 25 percent of organisations achieve Gold with Investors in People. It recognises businesses where people take responsibility for improving how work gets done and where values show up in daily practice, not on a wall.

This achievement belongs to the whole team. It reflects how we communicate, how we challenge each other, and how we keep raising the bar.
