Following on from our previous fit out of 45 Jermyn St for this prestigious client, du Boulay Projects successfully won this project through competitive tender and were awarded the contract to facilitate the installation of the new cocktail bar and seating, a new retail store within the Royal Exchange and install a new back of house kitchen all within the Grade I listed building.
The design of the area was undertaken by Universal Design Studio and QS / Project Management by PT Projects.
