After significant consideration, the core team felt the best way to continue to deliver on its commitments, quality and to carry on with du Boulay’s 50 years of construction heritage, was to depart from our parent company and operate (once again) independently; we sincerely wish them the best of luck on their own journey moving forward.
Accordingly, we are pleased to announce that we are now du Boulay Projects. This change will provide a significant improvement to our business environment and will operate instead of du Boulay Contracts.
Everything remains in place; our highly skilled and dedicated team, office location and commitment to delivery will continue, and as a result of the opportunity to operate as an independent business, we now have greater stability, an improved balance sheet, less external financial pressures and more influence on our future direction.
