Bringing timeless elegance to Mayfair’s Socca restaurant with refined & sophisticated finish.
Situated on South Audley St, Socca is a French-Mediterranean Restaurant by acclaimed restaurateur Samyukta Nair & chef, Claude Bosi.
du Boulay tendered & secured this project to strip out the existing Richoux restaurant and carry out the enabling works including partial demolition of a bank vault, strengthening of key structural elements and extensive damp proofing works in the basement.
Once the site was ready for fit out, we delivered the stunning project alongside the award winning international design studio, Fabled Studios and features natural timber panelling, bespoke render finishes & custom artwork. The unit benefits from a new MEP installation, providing the bistro with cosy atmosphere to match the finishes. The existing site retained the listed ceiling details, and complemented by a new bar and dispense, upholstered seating and a PDR located in the back room.
