A precise and well coordinated fit out delivered inside a fully operating hotel
Seven Hills in Cobham needed a full refresh of its ground floor restaurant and bar. The brief focused on quality finishes, smooth sequencing and zero disruption to hotel guests. We handled the strip out and rebuilt the space with new electrical work, bespoke joinery, fixed seating and refined surface finishes.
Working inside a live hotel demanded strong planning and close communication with the client team. We scheduled noisy work in tight windows, controlled dust and movement, and kept access routes clean. The result was a full programme delivered without a single complaint from guests or staff.
The cocktail bar brought real character to the scheme. The plaster wall finish created a soft, velvet like appearance that gave the space a rich identity. We paired this with made to measure joinery that tied the whole front of house area together.
We also carried out structural adjustments to improve the entrance alignment. This gave the space a better flow and a stronger first impression while keeping the building fully operational.
