Lina Stores, Canary Wharf delivered with precision and pace.
Project overview
We completed a full fit out for Lina Stores in Crossrail Place, Canary Wharf. The work covered the ground floor delicatessen, the first floor restaurant and a new private dining room. The brief focused on a clean, recognisable Lina Stores identity supported by terrazzo flooring throughout, bespoke wall panelling and a detailed mosaic entrance.
Project scope
The team stripped out the previous restaurant and introduced new finishes, fixed seating, bespoke fitted joinery, revised ceilings, fresh decorations and full MEP services. The newly formed private dining room sits above the existing stair. This required structural design, calculations, installation of a new floor structure and careful forming of the room. The structural work shaped the success of the upper level and allowed the space to function as a self contained dining space, with views out into Canary Wharf.
Challenges on site
Working within Canary Wharf brings strict logistics and tight access constraints. Delivery windows, movement controls and estate restrictions guide every decision on site. We have worked in the estate before, which supported smooth coordination. The team planned deliveries around approved time slots and kept each phase moving without delay.
Results delivered
The finished Lina Stores space presents a confident and consistent look. The terrazzo flooring links each area. The wall panelling and joinery reflect the Lina Stores look with accuracy. The mosaic entrance gives the deli a strong first impression. The private dining room feels calm and well detailed. The programme stayed on track and the client received a clear handover.
What this project shows
This was our third project for Lina Stores. The shared history supported quick decisions and clear expectations. This project shows our steady approach to high quality hospitality work in locations with tight logistics and firm timelines.

Having worked with a lot of different Contractors and their Contract Managers / Project Managers, I must say I have been very impressed.
Luke has maintained great communication with me throughout the programme, reacted swiftly when obstacles have been encountered, and delivered a restaurant to a very high standard.
The logistics of this fit-out were not the easiest on our estate, but Luke has worked collaboratively with me to ensure our high standards were met, but kept works progressing on site
