Du Boulay Projects undertook a comprehensive 14-week fit-out of Isola, an Italian restaurant located in St Christopher’s Place, Marylebone.

The project involved transforming a former retail unit into a dynamic dining destination, featuring a prominent Rosa Pink marble bar, a spacious outdoor terrace, and interiors inspired by Sicilian design elements. Collaborating closely with Fettle Design, the team delivered a space that combines vibrant colours, luxurious materials, and bespoke features, embodying the essence of Italian hospitality.

Nestled in a prime spot within St Christopher’s Place, just off Oxford St; Isola offers an all-day dining & bar experience. du Boulay Contracts transformed the London fit out space to deliver a great looking restaurant.

We worked along side Fettle Design to deliver this colourful and highly detailed Italian destination restaurant. The restuarant features an external dining terrace, a ground floor entrance bar & dining area. There is also a basement restaurant space, Isola has something for everyone.

We stripped out the previous Carluccio’s restaurant that had been in place for a number of years. This took the site back to a clean shell. We then fully fitted out the restaurant including MEP services, feature coffered ceilings, a ground & basement bar, fixed seating and panelled, detailed walls throughout. The immaculately cut and fitted marble floors throughout is the real feature here. This is a key characteristic of any San Carlo restaurant. The brass laden bar detailing and gantry setting the tone for the rest of the fit out as you enter.

This is another wonderful London fit out project for San Carlo & du Boulay Projects
