Delivering a comprehensive fit-out across three floors, including Binks Yard, Cleaver & Wake, and Upstairs event space, at Nottingham’s Island Quarter Phase 1.
du Boulay Contracts were delighted to be appointed to deliver the fitout across three floors at the first phase of The Island Quarter.
The project was through Sir Robert McAlpine who delivered the shell & MEP installation. du Boulay Contracts followed closely behind with the finishes and installation of joinery across all public spaces.
The project brief was to fit out Binks Yard to the lower ground floor including external terrace, Cleaver & Wake to first floor and Upstairs, an events space to the first floor. This included a mix of timber & terrazzo flooring across all floors, timber paneling to walls, all joinery fixtures, open kitchens, ceilings and fire-rated screens.
