Hovarda spans two floors, with the ground floor dedicated to dining and the first floor to a cocktail bar. The design incorporates timber and mirror paneling, Aegean-inspired colors, and an impressive lighting scheme. A standout feature is the large open kitchen with counter dining, allowing guests to engage directly with the culinary process.

Project Delivery:
The interior design emphasises a relaxed luxury aesthetic through the use of materials like timber and mirrors. The color palette of sea green and blue, complemented by dark wood paneling and tiled surfaces, reflects the spirit of the Aegean. The lighting design varies throughout the day, enhancing the ambiance of different areas within the restaurant.

Design Highlights:
Hovarda’s design features a harmonious blend of colors and materials, creating an elegant yet warm environment. The open kitchen and counter dining setup invite guests to immerse themselves in the culinary experience. The first-floor cocktail bar offers a luxurious setting for evening drinks, complementing the overall Aegean-inspired theme.

Designed by Spanish designer Lázaro Rosa-Violan, the interior combines sea green and deep blue tones with wood paneling, creating a relaxed yet opulent atmosphere. The ground floor features a main dining area with a show kitchen, while the first floor houses a cocktail bar

Challenges and Achievements:
Integrating Aegean design elements into a modern London setting presented challenges, but the design successfully combines traditional motifs with contemporary aesthetics. The result is a space that offers both visual appeal and a unique dining experience, establishing Hovarda as a distinctive destination in Soho.
