A tightly delivered restaurant fit out bringing design precision to the canal edge.
Canal at Westbourne Park is a lower ground floor restaurant set directly alongside the water. The project formed part of a wider new build and required close coordination while the main contractor completed the surrounding works.
Our scope included full MEP services, kitchen installation, bespoke joinery, bar construction, fixed seating, and specialist finishes throughout. The layout and detailing were driven by a clear architectural vision, with each element designed to feel intentional and refined.
The key challenge came from working in parallel with the main contractor during the final stages of the base build. Sequencing, access, and interfaces required daily coordination to protect programme and maintain finish quality. The team planned works carefully to avoid compromise at any stage.
Standout features include bespoke joinery pieces and hammered zinc finishes, which demanded careful handling and experienced installation. Delivered for an award winning designer, the project resulted in a highly resolved space which gained wide attention following opening.
The project reflects careful delivery, disciplined coordination, and respect for design intent.
