In May 2022, Berkeley Homes Eastern Counties relocated from their long-standing Oakhill Road location to a newly developed office at Quinton Court, London Road, Sevenoaks. This move underscores the company’s commitment to sustainable design and community integration, providing a contemporary workspace that aligns with their innovative ethos.

This office fit-out required a full internal build, including partitioning, bespoke joinery, flooring, and high-end finishes to create a contemporary workspace. The design incorporated flexible working areas, meeting rooms, breakout zones, and collaboration spaces, ensuring functionality without compromising aesthetics.

Mechanical and electrical installations were a key focus, with energy-efficient lighting, ventilation, and climate control systems integrated to enhance comfort and sustainability. This helped achieve the BREEAM excellent award. Acoustic treatments were also applied to minimize noise and create a productive working environment.

Attention to detail was paramount throughout the project, with high-specification materials and finishes used to reflect Berkeley Homes’ brand identity and quality standards. The workspace was designed to support a seamless transition for the company’s team, providing a modern office environment that fosters creativity and efficiency.

By delivering this project within a live mixed-use development, careful coordination was required to minimize disruption while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship. The completed fit-out provides a sophisticated and functional office space that meets the needs of a forward-thinking organization.
