Creating an intimate cocktail bar experience in the heart of Canary Wharf.
Project Overview
Bar Lina, located in Crossrail Place, Canary Wharf, is a ground-floor bar within an existing restaurant, designed for after-meal drinks, cocktails, and apertives. The project aimed to create a cosy, intimate atmosphere within a large open area.
Project Scope
Our team delivered a full strip-out of the existing bar, installed new joinery, bespoke fixed seating, redecorated the space, laid new floor finishes, and updated MEP services. Every element supported a warm, inviting environment.
Challenges on Site
Working in Canary Wharf involved complex logistics, strict noise restrictions, and close proximity to neighbouring retail units and the public. Coordinating deliveries, managing site access, and working within tight constraints required careful planning and precise execution.
Results Delivered
We transformed a large ground-floor area into an intimate, inviting bar. Bespoke plush seating, dark colours, and intricate lighting created a sophisticated, moody space ideal for post-dinner cocktails. The project demonstrates high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail under challenging conditions.
