At 74 Duke Street, we reimagined an iconic property for a sophisticated restaurant experience. Our approach combined meticulous refurbishment with high-spec finishes for a truly elevated interior
The scope for 74 Duke St London restaurant fit out included structural alterations and a new staircase, a full new MEP installation, bespoke joinery, and finishes across dining, kitchen, and basement bar areas. We delivered a seamless environment ready for operation in London’s prestigious Mayfair district.
Luxury materials, muted palettes, and ambient lighting create a refined and welcoming atmosphere upstairs, whilst the basement bar is a much darker, intimate space with rich woods, low ceilings and delicate lighting. Custom joinery, fixtures and furniture complement the heritage features of the building.
Central London restrictions and tight delivery windows required careful planning. A complex design method and overall approval process proved to be a challenge throughout this project. However detailed scheduling and an extended sample & design period enabled smooth execution without compromising design quality or finish.
