Situated within Fortnum & Mason, 45 Jermyn Street underwent a transformation led by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. The design harmoniously fuses the store’s heritage with modern luxury, featuring traditional oak parquet flooring, rosewood tables, and Edwardian-inspired details. A striking marble bar serves as a central feature, complemented by intimate booths and a vibrant color palette, establishing a dynamic and sophisticated atmosphere

Project Delivery:
The redesign preserved the venue’s classic charm while introducing contemporary elements. Bespoke solid walnut tabletops were crafted to enhance the dining experience, and the space was adorned with luxurious materials such as brass and custom-designed carpets, reflecting a blend of old-world elegance and modern sophistication.

Design Highlights:
The interiors are characterised by a harmonious blend of classic and modern elements. Traditional oak parquet flooring and rosewood tables exude timeless elegance, while the vibrant color scheme and luxurious materials add contemporary flair. The open-plan layout, featuring a central marble bar and intimate booths, fosters a dynamic and sophisticated dining environment.

Challenges and Achievements:
The project successfully balanced the preservation of Fortnum & Mason’s esteemed heritage with the infusion of modern design elements. The result is a space that offers a luxurious and contemporary dining experience, reinforcing 45 Jermyn Street’s status as a premier destination in London’s St James’s district.
