After a full strip out of the space, du Boulay teamed up with Lina Stores, Storey Projects, and North End Design to finalize the design.
We combined the design process with on-site work to meet the tight schedule and ensure the restaurant opened on time.
Our work included updating the kitchen, refurbishing the basement with new toilets and staff areas, and completely fitting out the ground floor.
The ground floor has terrazzo tiled floors with custom marble mosaic borders. It also features bespoke joinery fittings, like the bar, dispense bar, and waiter stations.
Timber paneling against the Lina Stores Green painted brickwork finishes the walls. Acoustic treatments throughout the restaurant improve customer comfort.
From the outset, du Boulay were exceptionally collaborative and communicative. Their commitment to our project timeline and dedication to delivery was exceptional.
