A carefully coordinated fit out delivering shared work and social space within a live build environment.
Meadow at Westbourne Park provides co working and lounge spaces designed for residents and the local community. The project covered the ground floor and lower ground floor and was delivered while the wider development remained under construction.
Our scope included full MEP services, bespoke joinery, new floor finishes, and glazed partitions to form meeting rooms. We also completed staircase works and delivered a fully acoustic recording studio, which required tight control over structure, services, and finishes to achieve the required performance.
The key challenge was working alongside Maceer and Rushe as they completed the main build. This required daily coordination, clear sequencing, and flexibility to keep progress moving without impacting adjacent works. Interfaces between trades and contractors were managed closely to maintain quality and programme.
The finished spaces are detailed, calm, and robust, designed to support a wide range of uses from focused work to informal social activity. Delivered for a new client, the project set a strong foundation for an ongoing relationship built on trust and reliable delivery.
The result is a well resolved shared space delivered through coordination, care, and consistent teamwork.
