Veneta, situated in the newly developed St. James’s Market, features a Venetian brasserie-style interior designed by Macaulay Sinclair. The space includes a curved marble bar, turquoise banquette booths, hardwood tables, and contemporary light installations, all contributing to a lively atmosphere

Project Delivery:
The design incorporates handcrafted ironwork chandeliers by Matt Livsey Hammond and commissioned artworks by Dutch artist Ramon Otting, enhancing the Venetian theme. An elegant stairway leads to a mezzanine level, offering additional seating and views of the bustling market below.

Design Highlights:
The interior features a combination of classic bar-counter seating, banquette booths, and intimate tables. Double-height ceilings with ironwork chandeliers and aqua-colored fish scale tiles on the walls add to the opulent feel.

Challenges and Achievements:
Integrating Venetian design elements into a modern London setting posed challenges, but the result is a unique and inviting space that honors Venetian aesthetics while providing a contemporary dining experience.
