du Boulay Contracts successfully tendered and completed the fit out of the Marketing Suite for this new residential development in Croydon.
The two-storey retail unit set within an existing commercial building which is located within the overall development so needed to be robust enough to withstand the heavy demolition plant working in close proximity.
The marketing suite included acoustic glass partitions to form meeting rooms, AV systems to assist in sales presentations and to also form a larger presentation area for industry evenings.
The project was completed in 5 weeks which also included screeding the floor ready for new finishes and structural rectification works on the existing ring beam.
